  This Islands is located in the Hasting Ranch plaza. It is located where there is Bowlero Pasadena. This place has unlimited Free parking. This place  is better than the other Islands at Paseo Colorado in terms of service and parking.
  
  This is a burgers and drinks joint. It is known for their fresh burgers and tropical Hawaiian style drinks.  I enjoyed hanging out at this place as it gives me that Hawaiian and laid back vibe
  
  My favorite would be their Hula Burger, I love it as it is simple with lots of sautéed mushrooms. Their Buffalo wings are crunchy and perfect blend of spiciness.. Lastly, you must get their Tortilla soup, it is so hearty with all the fresh vegetables.
  
  Overall, it is a great place to come for a quick bite. Also, don't forget to
  download their app, so you can  join their reward program. You can get free chips & salsa just for signing up. Also, when you get 250 points, you get one FREE entrée. Enjoy!

  One of my friends and I love coming here! It is a perfect place to visit and the food is fun!
  
  I love the service here from the host/hostesses to the staff. But, we love Hagop. He is a server extraordinaire!! My daughter is gluten-free and he made sure that EVERYTHING that she ordered was gluten-free. That is the type of server that he is!!
  
  Definitely come here and ask for Hagop!!

  Honestly... idk what happened maybe it was this time but it definitely will be our LAST time here.
  
  Service: SO SLOW. it wasn't even crowded and it took forever to get our food, or check, or anything for that matter.
  
  Food: I remember it always being HUGE and delicious but this last time.. the burgers got tiny and nothing too flavorful about it. The fries were decent and I like that they give it in a sharing basket rather than in each individual burger basket. We use to go to islands as our guilty pleasure and would always leave extremely full and satisfied but idk if i can say that anymore..
  
  Ambiance: Haven't changed for years. still same decor as any other islands.. nothing special.
  
  Honestly, with the amount of variety out there and new restaurants.. save your money and go somewhere else.

  Went in tonight alone. Went to the bar so as not to take a much needed booth from families. Just wanted a burger and a glass of wine and a glass of water. Got NOTHING!  About 5-7 minutes into my sitting at the bar, I assume the bartender, told me she'd be a couple of minutes. 15 minutes later I still had no water, no wine, no order, no attendance. Over 20 minute wait for anyone is too long. Never going back. Suggest you try Conrad's on Lake and Walnut. They took care of me and everyone else within 60 seconds. Service Matters!
  Husband and I were caught in the area servicing the car about 2 Saturday's ago. Actually ventured in. Service was good. Thank you Kayla!

  My sister couldn't decide what to eat for lunch so I picked Islands. We went there for lunch on a Saturday afternoon in late July. The place wasn't crowded at 11:30ish. We sat in the back and our waiter, Christian was friendly and took our drink orders. I like the menus displayed at each table and I always get my usual, Maui burger with free fries. It was nice seeing our waiter cleaning the tables and wiping the tables since we were only people in the back. The fries arrived first in one big basket and they were crispy, especially dipped in ranch dressing. Next, My burger came out fast and the patty was pink. Overall my meal was delicious and filling which I didn't have appetite for dessert. He was very good on refills too.
